Job summary

Hermes Reply specializes in architectural and technological solutions, providing Application Maintenance services for the Automotive & Manufacturing sector. The role supports Automotive & Quality applications in customer plants and handles 1st and 2nd line support along with end-to-end client communication.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree, are fluent in Italian and English, and can work in shifts or remotely with a weekly office visit. Hybrid work mode is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or comparable studies.
• Very good knowledge of Italian.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Availability to work in shifts and on-call.
• Minimum experience in ticket management is required.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL will be a valuable plus.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications installed in customers' plants, including workaround, resolution, analysis and escalation for complex tickets.
• Provide 1st line support, supporting advanced logistics processes through ticketing tools like JIRA and Team Foundation Server
• Managing the end to end communication with the client
