Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an IT Analyst to join a project focused on developing and enhancing reporting solutions within the financial and capital markets environment. You will translate business needs into IT requirements and support the delivery with the Product Owner, business analysts, IT analysts, developers and testers.

You'll analyse data flows and integrations, work with trading and tax/transaction reporting requirements, and act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Several years of IT analysis or business solution analysis experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills.
• Good understanding of data flows and system integrations.
• Experience using SQL to analyze data content and behavior.
• Knowledge of trading and tax/transaction reporting to authorities.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and contribute to reporting solutions with Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse and document business and IT requirements.
• Prepare clear specifications for development teams.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Translate requirements into technology-oriented specs and explain implications.
• Analyse data flows, integrations, data content and behaviour.
• Use SQL to investigate data and support data quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business/IT analysts, developers and testers.
• Align solutions with target architecture and business objectives.
• Support delivery of sustainable, reliable reporting solutions.
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks and requirements.
• Contribute within an Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
