ENGIE Zielona Energia in Katowice is seeking an IS Application Manager to own the Sales and Business Operations applications landscape, including CRM and billing solutions. You will ensure stable operations, drive improvements, and align IT with business needs.

The role requires degree in a relevant field, hands-on Salesforce and API experience, and strong project management skills. Hybrid work in Katowice is offered with extensive collaboration across ENGIE teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Profound experience with IT tools in the energy Sales and Business Operations domains.
• Good understanding of Polish market processes.
• Knowledge of European energy market processes is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of SalesForce, API concepts, and Application lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary application expert and product owner for Sales Domain (CRM) and Business Operations (Billing) including local self-developed solutions and vendor deployed applications.
• Ensure stable, secure, and reliable daily operation of the solutions including incident, problem, and change management.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, projects and integrations in line with IT standards.
• Act as the key interface between business and IS/IT teams.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage projects, enhancements, configurations, and system optimizations to support evolving business needs.
• Lead or contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives, including AI.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
