Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in application management.
• Experience managing business applications and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor management and service delivery.
• Project management experience including planning and coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret business needs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and AI solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You manage the lifecycle, performance, and continuous improvement of applications within your portfolio.
• You coordinate application support activities, including incidents, service requests, and changes.
• You work closely with business stakeholders and application owners to identify improvement opportunities and support business goals.
• You manage vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and value for the business.
• You help ensure applications meet security, governance, and service management requirements.
• You maintain application documentation and support operational readiness.
• You monitor service performance and help ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
