Job summary

ENGIE Polska is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with IT solutions for the BeeStone program, within the Sales-to-Cash domain. The role involves collaboration with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of a unified data platform.

The candidate will analyze requirements, define solutions, support testing, and train users, while contributing to agile delivery and SDLC governance in a dynamic energy transformation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, IT and Digital or similar field.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product backlog tools.
• Understanding of SDLC.
• Knowledge of software architecture and APIs (REST); familiarity with middleware is a plus.
• SQL/Oracle data querying and data analysis.
• Experience in energy supply and the Polish energy market.
• Fluent in Polish and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders in Sales-to-Cash (e.g. product catalogue, offer quotation, pricing, contract modelling, billing).
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility and impact analysis.
• Specify requirements and define IT delivery solution for the team (project leader, functional architect, developers).
• Support testing and validation of the solution.
• Train and support users.
• Provide requirements and solution documentation (user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria).
• Support sprint delivery: refine stories, address questions, and validate increments before go-live.
