You will build knowledge, update the client knowledge base, and participate in problem-solving discussions, leveraging your analytical mindset, strong communication, and English proficiency (C1).

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in English; C1 level is required.
• German language B2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on IoT customer issues.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly within timelines.
• Coordinate with interface partners until resolution is achieved.
• Update and maintain the client knowledge base with solutions and improvements.
