Job summary

Accenture Poland in Warsaw is seeking a senior Technology Strategy and Transformation advisor to lead multi-stream client engagements and shape C-suite agendas.

You will articulate digital strategy, define value propositions and roadmaps, translate strategy into enterprise architecture and AI-enabled programs, and guide governance and operating models for large transformations. Fluency in English required; travel across Europe may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and client engagement experience at senior levels.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and governance models.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, AI-enabled transformation and cloud strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams on client engagements.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives on strategic decisions.
• Own end-to-end client relationships and delivery outcomes across multiple streams.
• Shape digital strategy and translate it into prioritized roadmaps and business cases.

Higher degree (preferred in IT, Computer Science, Business, Management)
