Job summary

T Hub, part of Deutsche Telekom Group, Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced operations specialist to ensure high-quality, reliable IoT connectivity services across international markets.

You will collaborate with IoT teams across Europe, coordinate changes, monitor service quality, and work with multiple vendors to optimize uptime and customer experience.

This hybrid role offers exposure to cutting-edge Mobile Core and network technologies within a global telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in telecommunications, network operations, mobile data services or IT infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of mobile network architecture and services (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Knowledge of Mobile Core technologies (APN, DNS, Diameter, PGW, EPC/ePC).
• Good understanding of IP networking concepts (IPv4/IPv6, routing, DHCP).
• Experience with network diagnostics tools such as Wireshark.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and service quality of Deutsche Telekom's international M2M/IoT connectivity services.
• Cooperate with IoT Operations teams across Germany and international markets.
• Coordinate and support Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
• Act as a Change Advisory Board member and coordinate service-impacting changes.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors, drive escalations, and assess vendor performance.
• Define and monitor service quality KPIs (availability, stability, response times, customer experience).
• Document high-level end-to-end service architecture and service chains.
• Maintain operational documentation and on-call procedures.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for SOC teams, stakeholders, vendors and customers.
• Support SLA/OLA and ITIL process improvements and optimization initiatives.
