Job summary

T-Mobile Polska is seeking a Solution Architect to shape the architecture of IoT connectivity platforms for business customers. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions covering IoT connectivity, API design, cloud platforms and lifecycle management, collaborating with product owners, engineering teams and stakeholders across borders.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in solution architecture or system design.
• Experience in IoT/telecommunications platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-native or container-based architectures.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design target architectures for IoT connectivity capabilities.
• Translate requirements into architecture, integration patterns and non-functional requirements.
• Guide delivery teams during implementation and ensure alignment with architecture.
• Facilitate architecture decisions and reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize platform capabilities.
• Coordinate architecture workstreams in international projects.
• Maintain architecture documentation and support lifecycle.
