Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience hands‑on network support and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a complex, global engineering and manufacturing organization.
• Proficient with Cisco routers and switches; Arista switches experience.
• Familiarity with Nexus switches, Python, SolarWinds NCM, Aruba ClearPass, Cisco Prime/DNA, Cisco SDWAN.
• Willingness to travel once or twice a year.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents from the network operations ticketing queue.
• Perform vulnerability remediations and network optimization.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
• Assist in network monitoring and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on network projects.
• Contribute to network automation initiatives.
• Ensure redundancy and disaster recovery configurations.
