Job summary

Teltonika in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a B2B Sales Representative to join its expanding telematics team. You will develop new business, nurture relationships with customers, and drive revenue through strategic account management.

You will identify market opportunities, conduct warm and cold outreach, prepare tailored offers, and present Teltonika solutions at events. A strong command of Polish and English, plus proven sales track record, are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Fluent Polish with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify market potential and growth opportunities.
• Generate sales with new clients via cold calling and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships through daily contact and visits.
• Prepare commercial offers and contracts to achieve sales goals.
• Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and events for product solutions.
• Maintain a CRM database.
• Collaborate with technical support and product teams to meet customer needs.
