Accenture in Warsaw is seeking a technically proficient Technical Support Associate to join our IoT-focused team. You will conduct root cause analysis, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with interface partners to deliver timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in English (C1) required; German B2 nice to have.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good time management and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis on IoT issues using tools and programs.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate and manage communication with interface partners until resolution is achieved.
• Update and maintain the client knowledge base with ready solutions and process improvements.
• Identify similar error patterns and opportunities for enhancement.
