Job summary

Teltonika Ltd. is seeking a Networking and IoT Engineer to strengthen its global technical support team in Warsaw, Poland. You will advise customers on using Teltonika Networks products, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with the R&D and other departments to ensure fast, effective solutions.

The role requires solid networking knowledge, strong English, and the ability to document technical processes. A CCNA or similar certification would be advantageous, and prior 2nd/3rd line support

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and etiquette both in speaking and writing.
• Ability and desire to help others.
• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge in Computer Networking.
• Good English language skills (advanced user level).
• Higher or equivalent technical/engineering education.
• Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to form technical documentation.
• Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on how to use our products within their solutions and resolve challenges related to Teltonika Networks products; communicate with customers and the remote support team via a ticketing platform and online meetings.
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, or other sources.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
• Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols, and occasional 3rd party peripherals.

We are looking for a Networking and IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious global technical support team in Warsaw, Poland. Our team works closely with remote offices across various regions to deliver high-quality support.

Teltonika’s Networking Solutions Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Advise customers on how to use our products within their solutions and resolve challenges related to Teltonika Networks products. This involves communication with both customers and our remote support team via a ticketing platform and online meetings.
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
