SafetyHeads is a software house specializing in mobile and backend systems with strong IoT and industrial platform experience. The role focuses on end-to-end testing of a Home Energy Management System (HEMS) using real hardware to optimize residential energy use.

The tester will validate data flow across devices, backend services, and integrations, and work closely with developers and other testers. Onsite for the first 3 months, then hybrid with up to 3 days remote; start ASAP for a long-term

Qualifications

• End-to-end testing of a Home Energy Management System (HEMS) across devices and backend services.
• Validation of data flow between physical devices and backend integrations.
• Experience testing with real hardware in IoT environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios across multiple integrated devices.
• Validate communication and data flow between devices and backends.
• Investigate and analyze defects found during integration and system testing.
• Prepare and maintain test environments using real hardware setups.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure system reliability.
