Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance with 2+ years in leadership roles in IoT/embedded testing.
• Hands-on E2E IoT testing across hardware, firmware, cloud, and apps.
• Experience driving parallel test tracks across distributed teams.
• Master Test Strategies, Test Plans, and acceptance criteria for complex multi-component systems.
• Strong manual and automation testing capabilities (API, UI, telemetry, regression).
• Fluent English; strong written/verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the E2E testing lifecycle for smart home IoT products.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable Test Strategies, Master Test Plans, and detailed Test Cases.
• Oversee manual testing (exploratory, usability, hardware edge cases) and automated testing (regression, API, performance).
• Analyze log files and hardware behaviors to root-cause defects.
• Plan, track, and drive parallel test tracks to meet release milestones.
• Provide regular quality status reports and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary QA engineers across distributed locations.
