Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks an experienced QA Lead/Manager with deep hardware and IoT testing expertise to drive end-to-end validation of smart home devices. You will oversee parallel testing tracks, create test strategies, and mentor teams across hardware, firmware, apps, and cloud components to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

Qualifications

5+ years in Quality Assurance with 2+ years in IoT/consumer electronics testing.
Hands-on E2E IoT testing including hardware, firmware, cloud, and apps.
Experience creating Master Test Strategies and Test Plans for complex systems.
Strong manual and automation testing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end testing lifecycle for smart home IoT products.
Design and maintain scalable Test Strategies and Test Plans across hardware, firmware, app, and cloud.
Oversee manual and automated testing to maximize test coverage.
Identify root causes and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
