UBS Poland is seeking an IPS (Investment Proposal Specialist) in Wroclaw to help respond to detailed client questionnaires and showcase our investment capabilities. You will coordinate RFPs/RFIs/DDQs for prospect and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You'll collaborate with client relationship managers, portfolio managers and specialists, maintain the RFP database, and identify digital solutions to improve efficiency and insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in responding to client RFIs/RDDs and producing compliant RFPs per brand guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs, and DDQs for prospect and existing clients.
• Participate in conference calls as a subject matter expert representing investment capabilities.
• Collaborate with client relationship managers, portfolio managers, investment specialists and SMEs to improve RFP answers.
• Ensure the RFP database is kept up-to-date and accurate, and quality improved.
• Assist in identifying and implementing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our IPS (Investment Proposal Specialist) team, you’ll help respond to detailed client questionnaires that showcase our products, people, and investment strategies. These responses are key to winning new business and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll manage RFI/RFP/DDQs end-to-end, working with large datasets, automating repetitive tasks, and presenting insights clearly. A structured, analytical mindset and a willingness to learn are essential. While deep technical skills aren’t required, being comfortable with data analytics tools (see “Your Experience and Skills”) will help you deliver faster, more insightful responses.

The main tasks of your role are:

• to co-ordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs (Requests for Proposal), RFIs, and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) for prospect clients and existing clients according to internal brand/style guidelines and compliance regulations.
• to participate in conference calls as a subject matter expert, representing our investment capabilities and intellectual capital
• to collaborate closely with client relationship managers, portfolio managers, investment specialists and subject matter experts to improve RFP answers, ensure key messages are understood, and present our capabilities in the most compelling way possible.

The team

You will be part of the IPS (Investment Proposal Specialist) Poland team in Wroclaw which forms part of UBS Asset Management's global IPS function with specialists located in Europe, APAC, US and Switzerland. We support sales teams globally. In particular, you will engage with them providing RFP responses on a wide range of investment products. Our team has a direct impact in meeting sales targets and therefore in supporting business growth and client engagement. You will also have exposure to other Sales Management teams, gaining insight into how data, analytics, pricing and market intelligence support strategic decision-making.

Your team is part of Client Coverage within UBS Asset Management. Our business offers industry leading capabilities on a truly global scale. With over 2 trillion* in invested assets, we are the third largest Europe-based asset manager and the number 12 firm globally. Client Coverage is the sales organization driving the growth of our business by building relationships with Clients (*as of 31 December 2025)

Your Skills And Experience

• +3 years of professional experience
• proficiency in written and spoken English; fluent French or German
• investment knowledge across all asset classes
• university degree in economics, business administration (with focus on banking & finance) or another relevant field. Studying for or having accomplished CFA is considered an advantage.
• advanced Excel skills (very familiar with pivot tables, PowerPivot/Get-And-Transform), PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SQL databases, R/Python is a strong advantage
• high attention to detail, accuracy and comfortable using methodical approach to tasks
• strong project management skills and able to set priorities
• confident communicator, both orally and in writing, with audiences of different seniority
• ability to work with stakeholders locally and remotely as well as cross functions
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
