Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wroclaw is offering a paid Accounts Payable internship for students or recent graduates. You will gain hands-on exposure to the Source-to-Pay process for EMEA in a highly international setting.

The role requires strong English (B2) and an eye for detail, with German language being an advantage. Flexible start and on-site presence 3 days a week are available.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and financial documents for EMEA countries.
• Assist with daily AP activities, including open items analysis and account reconciliation support.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data for ad hoc reports.
• Create and improve Excel-based tools to support daily operations and enhance process efficiency.

Are you a student or recent graduate looking for an internship in an internationally successful company- one that has received multiple awards as a top employer and is among the world’s leading manufacturers of innovative pharmaceuticals? If accounting is one of your areas of interest, we can offer you a paid internship within our Accounts Payable team in a highly international environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in Source-to-Pay processes for the EMEA region and actively contribute to daily operations.

The start time of our 6 months long paid internship program, as well as the working hours, can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on‑site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and other financial documents for EMEA countries.
• Assisting with daily AP activities, including open items analysis and account reconciliation support.
• Collecting, analyzing, and preparing data for ad hoc reports.
• Creating and improving Excel‑based tools to support daily operations and enhance process efficiency.

About our future intern

You should have good communication skills in English (min. B2.) and knowledge of German is an advantage.

Additionally, we are looking for:
