Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is offering a paid Accounts Payable internship in a highly international environment in Wrocław. The 6‑month program can start flexibly and on-site attendance is expected at least 3 days per week. This role provides hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay processes for the EMEA region and supports daily operations.

You will gain exposure to invoices processing, item analyses, ad hoc reporting, and Excel tool development, in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current student or graduate in economics, administration, accounting, or finance.
• Good communication skills in English (min. B2). Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Proactive with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability.
• Strong MS Office knowledge including advanced Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and financial documents for EMEA.
• Assist with daily AP activities, including open items analysis and account reconciliation support.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data for ad hoc reports.
• Create and improve Excel-based tools to support daily operations and efficiency.
