Job summary

BOS Group in Poland offers a structured trainee journey across multiple departments, delivering hands-on experience in automotive mechatronics and project work. The program starts with onboarding and training, then rotates through teams to build broad knowledge and skills.

Your Trainee journey will be divided into 4 stages:

• Initial phase

You will take part in onboarding and training sessions to understand the company’s culture, structure, and processes.

• Rotation phase

You will work across different departments and projects, gaining broad knowledge and new skills.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in international assignments and gain cross-cultural experience.

• Project phase

You will gradually take ownership of your own projects, contributing directly to the company’s development.

• Final phase

You will reflect on your experience and present your project results to the management team.
