Your Trainee journey will be divided into 4 stages:

• Initial phase

You will take part in onboarding and training sessions to understand the company’s culture, structure, and processes.

• Rotation phase

You will work across different departments and projects, gaining broad knowledge and new skills.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in international assignments and gain cross-cultural experience.

• Project phase

You will gradually take ownership of your own projects, contributing directly to the company’s development.

• Final phase

You will reflect on your experience and present your project results to the management team.

Profile

• Initial experience (internships, academic projects, training, or dual studies)
• Basic experience in project-based work
• Entrepreneurial mindset and customer-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
