Responsibilities

• Supporting Issue Analysis: review 2nd level reports and trace execution flows.
• Assisting in Defect Replication: reproduce and isolate defects in test envs.
• Helping with Bug Resolution: design and implement straightforward code fixes.
• Team Support & Knowledge Sharing: assist developers and support specialists in incidents.

• Tools & APIs: Basic familiarity with REST APIs (Postman) and Version Control (Git / Bitbucket).
