Job summary

Bilfinger Berger SE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead energy transition projects in Poland. You will coordinate cross-country teams across disciplines, drive tender preparation, and ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence in line with client objectives.

The role requires technical education, 10+ years in energy PM, and fluent English and Polish. PMP is a plus; MS Project, Navisworks and Autodesk tools are part of daily work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in energy projects (heat and power generation, renewable energy, nuclear)
• Fluent English and Polish is a must
• PMP certificate is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks and Autodesk TrueView
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Project management for energy transition projects
• Coordinate cross country project teams from various disciplines (Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Architecture, Structure, MEP, etc.)
• Tender Management on offers preparation
• Quality management, budget and progress control are top priorities
