Crispy Food is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team in Rybnik, Poland. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders while working with internal teams and international partners.

You will coordinate order fulfillment, monitor delivery performance, and maintain customer data. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships and supporting service across locations in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics.
• Very good command of English for international communication; German is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills in a business environment.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and accountability for delivering results.
• Commitment and a professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service and maintain high support standards.
• Coordinate the order fulfillment process with internal departments and external partners.
• Monitor delivery performance and assist customers with order execution.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer service, sales activities, and export processes.
• Organize transportation and collaborate with freight forwarding companies.
• Manage and maintain customer and product master data in internal systems.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
