Job summary

PepsiCo Poland in Kraków seeks an experienced Order Management Specialist within the Cluster Supply Chain to coordinate customer service projects, order management, and order fulfilment. You will lead field supply chain activities to meet operational goals and deliver a high quality, cost-efficient service across the DACH region.

You will support the Customer Service Lead, collaborate with sales, logistics, and 3PL partners, conduct stock checks, handle returns, and prepare KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Capture and process standard orders from sales into the system.
• Handle order changes and pricing checks.
• Coordinate with logistics to optimize shipping and fulfilment.
• Perform stock checks and confirm quantities for ATP planning.
• Create deliveries and follow up with 3PL/transport providers.
