As Procurement Member, you will play a key role in raw material planning and procurement for our European factories. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, contributing to supply continuity, inventory optimisation and improved supplier performance. In this role, you will also actively contribute to developing and improving our procurement processes, tools and ways of working.\" — Monika Walenty - Raszczuk, Manager, Procurement EMEIAWhat you will doEnsure raw material availability by providing good quality forecasts and maintaining clear, timely communication with suppliersDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of forecasting, supply planning and replenishment processes in Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. o9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis), ensuring effective translation of business requirements into procurement planning parameters, supplier collaboration processes and inventory decisionsProactively identify and mitigate supply risks, escalating critical constraints and coordinating contingency actions with relevant stakeholdersPlan raw material replenishment in line with production schedules, supply constraints, storage capacity and inventory targetsMonitor and manage procurement planning exceptions, proactively driving resolution of supply, inventory, master data and forecast-related issues through cross-functional collaborationCoordinate the creation of new raw material codes and vendor records and maintain accurate master data for the assigned scopeImplement raw material changes resulting from business decisions or product development projectsTake the lead in minimizing slow-moving and obsolete raw material inventory and coordinate the resale processPresent procurement topics and recommendations during internal and supplier meetings, provide backup support to other Procurement Specialists based on business needs and the agreed development planWho you areYou have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related disciplineYou have at least 5 years of experience in procurement, material planning, inventory management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment; experience in the paper, film, or converting industry is an advantageYou possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs and translate findings into practical actionsYou have proactive and independent approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive topics to completionYou have strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders, you have good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environmentYou have good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantageYou have experience with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g. o9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or similar) and understanding of forecasting, supply planning and inventory planning processes is considered an advantageYou present continuous improvement mindset and willingness to develop processes, tools and ways of workingYou are fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is considered an assetThis is what we offer to youA meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
