UPM-Kymmene Oyj is seeking an Order Management Intern to support daily operations in our hybrid Wrocław hub. You will assist in order entry, tracking, reporting, and data maintenance while learning SAP and Salesforce in an international team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Student or recent graduate with a relevant university degree or basic experience in customer service or order processing.
• Willing to learn UPM culture, processes and organization.
• Willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfilment and Order Management tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) would be an asset.
• Team-oriented and good networker.
• Solution oriented and customer focused mindset.
• Excellent Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn and work effectively with other systems.
• Interest to work in an international team and to cooperate with multiple teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Additionalinformation

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław. We offer a contract of mandate.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
