CLdN Cargo in Gdansk is seeking an accountable Transport Planner to join our growing team. After onboarding you will autonomously plan, organize and follow up intermodal transports, ensuring loading and unloading orders meet both legal requirements and customer needs.

In this multitasking role you will manage truck, trailer and shunt planning, keep the TMS updated and coordinate with suppliers to deliver reliable service; you will contribute to continuous improvement with a 1% daily mindset.

Formación

• First relevant experience in the logistic/transport sector.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and process-thinking abilities.
• Proactive, disciplined and stress resistant.

Responsabilidades

• Plan every truck, trailer and shunt with clear next steps each day.
• Keep the TMS up to date and track/trace units.
• Maintain container equipment availability where needed.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure best service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they occur.
• Inform customer service about delays and ETA changes in advance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
