Arla Group in Gdańsk invites applications for a Trainee in the European Transport Control Centre. You will join the ETCC team supporting loading, planning, scheduling, and freight settlement across multiple sites, with the opportunity to learn and grow in a transport planner role.

The role requires fluent English, proficiency in MS Excel, and a highly organized, service-oriented mindset. It features a hybrid work model with 50% office presence and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Help produce loading and delivery schedules.
• Assist in planning and execution of vehicle loads.
• Work with SAP TM for transport planning.
• Support weekly/monthly reporting packs.
• Verify and process invoices.
• Track and report carrier performance daily.
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards and maintain master data.
