Job summary

CLdN Cargo in Poland seeks an accountable Transport Planner based in Bydgoszcz. You will autonomously plan daily transport operations, ensure loads are organized efficiently, and monitor live shipments while adhering to company and legal requirements.

You will work with dispatchers, liaise with customers and suppliers, and contribute to process improvements. Strong Polish and English communication, accountability, and analytical thinking are key for success in this role.

Qualifications

First relevant experience in logistic/transport sector.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good process thinking and analytical abilities.
Able to think proactively, solve problems and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Daily planning of transport combinations.
Monitor live operations throughout the day: track shipments, anticipate issues and intervene swiftly when plans change.
Managing various administrative tasks and maintain the data in our order TMS system.
Functionally managing dispatchers and create awareness about safety rules.
Maintaining the relationship with the suppliers.
Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they occur.
Acting as contact with our Customer Service team and report to Operational Manager.
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
