Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring for opportunities in Insurance Competency across Java, Guidewire and EIS. Join agile delivery teams supporting global insurance and financial services clients in implementing, enhancing, and modernizing core platforms.

You will work with modern cloud technologies, data-driven solutions, and cross‑functional teams, collaborating with international stakeholders to drive transformation across insurance technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in software delivery, consulting, implementation, or business transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Java development, EIS, or Guidewire.

Responsibilities

• Lead selected workstreams within Insurance transformation programs across Java, Guidewire, or EIS.
• Collaborate with agile team members, stakeholders, and clients to achieve objectives and deliver solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to system development, integration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Mentor and share knowledge within project teams and across the Insurance Competency.
• Communicate progress, risks and opportunities to stakeholders; support improvements.
