Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring a Senior Guidewire Developer to join our global delivery network. Location: Katowice/Warszawa, 2 days in office, 3 days remote.

You will work on insurance platform implementations, mentor teams, and collaborate with agile stakeholders across international projects using Java/Guidewire and JVM technologies.

This role offers exposure to a diverse, inclusive culture and opportunities to grow with EY while traveling to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or a similar technical field.
• 4+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across international teams.
• Excellent business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as Technical Lead.
• Interface and coordinate with onsite coordinators.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor project team in executing identified projects.
• Willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
