Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking EIS Consultants to participate in Insurance platform implementations and R&D activities. You will work across streams, collaborate with agile teams, and help develop new EIS solutions while engaging with clients worldwide.

The role requires strong technical skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and microservices, with experience in Insurance (Property & Casualty) and a willingness to travel to client sites as needed. A hybrid work setup is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science or technical field.
• 4+ years in a corporate IT environment in similar roles.
• Strong communication skills; client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a Technical Consultant across EIS implementation streams.
• Coordinate with onsite staff and plan project deliverables.
• Mentor project teams and support R&D initiatives.
• Travel to customer locations as needed; collaborate across global teams.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy EIS solutions and modules.
