Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an EIS Consultant in Insurance to participate in multiple streams of Insurance platform implementation projects. You will collaborate with agile teams to achieve project goals and contribute to Business Insurance transformations on international projects using data technologies and cloud platforms.

The role requires hands‑on Insurance core experience, strong Java/Spring skills, and ability to work in a hybrid environment with travels to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/IT or related technical field.
• 4+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
• Hands‑on experience in Insurance core modules (Policy/Billing/Claims/Customer).
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in various technical streams of EIS implementation projects.
• Interface with onsite coordinators and plan project deliverables.
• Mentor project teams and participate in travel to client locations as needed.
• Develop new EIS solutions and expand system functionalities with R&D focus.
• Document progress and conduct post‑implementation reviews.
