Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland is seeking a Java Developer to contribute to Insurance project implementations and gain exposure to the EIS ecosystem. You’ll work in an agile team, expanding backend capabilities and exploring modern enterprise patterns.

Hybrid work setup (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) with full training provided to develop technical skills in Java, Spring, and integration. This role offers hands-on experience in a niche Insurance Technology area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other technical qualification.
• 3+ years in a corporate IT environment in similar positions.
• Understanding of Java and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Java applications for Insurance projects.
• Collaborate with team members to support project objectives.
• Assist in requirements analysis and design.
• Participate in coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Learn from senior team members in technical tasks.
• Contribute to EIS-related configuration, integration, and extension tasks.
• Cooperate with R&D teams to identify best practices and new Java technologies.
