EY GDS Poland is offering EIS Consultant opportunities focused on Insurance platform implementations. You will work across streams, collaborate with agile teams, and contribute to cutting-edge, data- and cloud-driven solutions within a global EY network.

The position supports a hybrid model (Wrocław/Warszawa/Katowice) with part-time remote work. We seek developers with Insurance domain experience and strong Java/J2EE, Spring, and modern tech stacks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Insurance core modules: Policy, Billing, Claims, and Customer Core.
• Core tech skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST/SOAP, Apache Camel CXF, Kafka.
• Experience in Insurance domain – Property & Casualty.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Technical Consultant across EIS implementation streams.
• Interface with onsite coordinators.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables.
• Mentor the project team.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
• Contribute to EIS/R&D activities and document results.
• Design, test, and implement new EIS solutions/modules.
