Job summary

Motorola Solutions Kraków is seeking an Instructional Designer to own the portfolio management of the training technology track. You will be the learning content expert, collaborating with product leadership teams, regions, product managers and engineering to ensure learning needs align with releases and business goals.

You will analyze requirements, drive development with SMEs, deliver a DDD to final approval, and provide metrics, roadmaps and skills matrices while supporting all learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Education, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning roles
• Natural graphic and multimedia design sensibilities – layout, style, color, typography, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate and justify project‑level portfolio during the interview
• Demonstrated experience developing eLearning with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
• Good English skills

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio management of the training technology portfolio within their technology track
• Collaborate weekly with product leadership teams, regions, product managers and engineering
• Drive requirements in partnership with program managers and content development resources
• Design learnings in collaboration with SMEs and engineering to create a DDD to final approval stage
• Provide metrics, technology roadmaps, skills matrices and support all learning initiatives
