• Govern significant learning spend and manage strategic suppliers.

• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement in learning.

Responsibilities

• Own global learning delivery performance across safety, cost, quality, delivery and business impact.
• Lead the five learning delivery portfolios to drive a Learning Culture across the organisation.
• Govern £20m+ annual learning spend, supplier strategy, contracts and SLAs.
• Translate enterprise capability priorities into executable learning outcomes.
• Drive accessible, modern, data-led learning with high-quality digital content.
