Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Kraków is seeking a Learning Excellence & Compliance Manager to coordinate and govern global learning programs, drive continuous improvement across learning operations, and own the corporate learning compliance framework. The role partners with Engineering, HR, Legal, and Quality to scale learning excellence.

The successful candidate will lead CI initiatives, establish standards, track performance metrics, ensure regulatory adherence, and report to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning, Engineering, Business, Quality, or related field.
• 10+ years of global, regulated environment experience in L&D, Quality, Compliance, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale continuous improvement initiatives and methodologies.
• Ability to influence at ET level with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure framework integrity.
• Excellent communication, especially in stakeholder communications and reporting.
• Ability to develop and undertake reporting and analytics while ensuring data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern a portfolio of CI initiatives across the Learning function.
• Establish and maintain Learning Excellence standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Design Thinking to improve learning processes and costs.
• Define and track learning performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide governance and oversight for regulatory compliance in learning.
• Partner with HRIS/LMS and Digital teams for compliance tracking and analytics.
