Job summary

Cornerstone Research seeks a Senior Media Designer Lead to own video, motion graphics, and visual design for learning content in a hybrid Kraków office setting. You will set the media standards, guide templates and workflows, and coach junior designers to ensure on-brand, high-quality assets delivered on schedule.

You’ll collaborate with Learning Design, manage multiple projects, and drive AI-enabled automation to streamline routine tasks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years producing video, motion graphics, and visual design on a creative team or related degree.
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Able to scope a project, form initial ideas, and work across teams and departments.
• Able to manage many projects under tight deadlines and set priorities.
• Experience directing or mentoring other designers and working asynchronously across time zones.
• Able to evaluate AI outputs and apply sound judgment about what ships.

Responsibilities

• Own video, motion graphics, and visual design for learning content from approved brief to published asset.
• Set and maintain media standards: templates, brand guidelines, and review criteria.
• Direct and coach media design support / junior team members.
• Review all media assets for brand consistency before publication.
• Collaborate with Learning Design to scope requests and hand off finished assets.
• Manage multiple projects and meet release dates.
• Identify, test, and implement AI-enabled automation for routine tasks.
• Use AI tools for storyboards, voice, captions, edits and asset variations.
