The ideal candidate will type 30+ wpm, show basic arithmetic skills, and be proficient with MS Word and Excel. The position offers full-time hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday work with a weekday off.

Qualifications

• Typing at 30+ wpm and handling calls simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication are essential.
• Customer-service oriented mindset for phone interactions.
• Pleasant, respectful demeanor with customers and coworkers.
• Basic PC skills including Word/Excel navigation.
• Basic arithmetic skills for everyday tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and assignments concurrently.
• Maintain very good written and verbal communication with customers.
• Provide a pleasant and respectful demeanor with customers and coworkers.
• Operate in a customer-service oriented phone environment with clear voice.
• Use MS Word/Excel for basic tasks and data entry.
• Perform basic arithmetic as needed.
