Job summary

Teams Squared is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist skilled in Go High Level (GHL) CRM to optimize lead conversion and automation. You will manage end-to-end enquiry lifecycle, schedule consultations, and implement continuous improvements across CRM workflows and integrations with Practina.

The role emphasizes remote work, proactive outreach to convert leads, and producing actionable metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) CRM and CRM automation tools.
• Familiarity with Practina or similar ad management tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of lead conversion funnels and CRM-based consult booking workflows.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills using dashboards and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM processes with Go High Level, including workflows and integrations with Practina.
• Create and distribute bi-weekly newsletters and nurture communications to historical leads.
• Perform outreach to leads not booked for consultations to encourage scheduling.
• Manage AI-scheduled consultations and reporting of outcomes.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs in CRM workflows; coordinate with support.
