ScaleinAfrica seeks a results-driven closer to manage the full sales process for high-ticket education/coaching offerings. You will handle inbound leads, conduct enrollment calls via phone and Zoom, and guide prospects through decision-making with confidence and empathy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-ticket closing experience.
• Proven experience closing remotely through phone and Zoom.
• Experience selling education, coaching, consulting, or service-based offers.
• Strong objection handling and consultative selling ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High ownership and self-discipline.
• Strong CRM hygiene and follow-up habits.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Run high-ticket enrollment calls with qualified leads via phone and Zoom.
• Lead prospects through the decision-making process with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
• Follow up consistently through calls, SMS, email, and other channels.
• Handle objections confidently, especially financial objections and fear-of-change concerns.
• Own your pipeline and ensure no qualified lead slips through the cracks.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates after every interaction.
• Hit agreed sales and activity KPIs.
• Represent the brand professionally on every interaction.
• Work with the team to improve close rates, show rates and overall sales performance.
