Alfa Laval Corporate AB in Warsaw is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join the Service Division. You will combine technical expertise with a customer focus to identify opportunities and support customers throughout the sales process.

The role requires a technical education, fluent Polish and English, and strong communication to collaborate with the sales team and partners. We offer onboarding, training and a supportive international team.

Qualifications

• Technical education in a relevant field is required.
• Fluent Polish and strong English (B2+) skills.
• 2+ years in a similar inside sales or technical support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support during the selection process.
• Cooperate closely with customers and support the sales team.
• Prepare and manage quotations using CRM systems.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships.
• Provide support to Alfa Laval partners.
• Understand customer needs and deliver value-driven service solutions.
