Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for our Service Division in Poland. You will combine technical expertise with customer focus to identify opportunities, provide solutions, and assist customers throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities include technical/commercial support during selection, preparing quotations in CRM, and building long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Technical education in a related field.
• 2+ years in a similar inside sales or customer support role.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2+).
• Strong communication, teamwork and presentation skills.

• Support sales team and cooperate with customers.
• Prepare and manage quotations in CRM.
