Job summary

Cyclops is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to lead industrial investment projects from concept to completion. You will oversee delivery, safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients, contractors, and engineering partners to ensure high quality outcomes.

You will act as the Owner's Representative, manage stakeholders, and drive projects through to completion. The role requires on-site presence with travel to client sites and fluent Polish and English communication."

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or construction projects.
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site with travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction-focused industrial investment projects from concept to completion.
• Translate client requirements into feasible and successful project solutions.
• Take ownership of project planning, budget, scope, risks and execution.
• Act as Owner's Representative for clients or collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, engineers and internal stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Monitor progress, anticipate risks and resolve challenges to avoid schedule impact.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering successful projects.
