Job summary

Cyclops Poland is seeking a Project Engineer to drive industrial investment projects from concept to completion. You’ll work with experienced Project Managers, own dedicated work packages, and ensure safety, timeliness, budget and quality targets are met on-site with clients.

You’ll gain increasing responsibility and a clear growth path towards becoming a Project Manager, while collaborating with clients, contractors and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or technical Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
• First experience in project engineering is a plus; motivated graduates welcome.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a 'make it happen' attitude.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor planning, progress, budget and risks, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation, project reports and support project meetings.
• Contribute to solving technical and organizational challenges during project execution.
• Grow toward taking more responsibility and a path to a Project Manager role.
