Cyclops is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to lead industrial investment projects from concept to completion. You will oversee delivery, safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients, contractors, and engineering partners to ensure high quality outcomes.

You will act as the Owner's Representative, manage stakeholders, and drive projects through to completion. The role requires on-site presence with travel to client sites and fluent Polish and English communication."

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or construction projects.
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site with travel between client locations.

Ready to lead industrial construction projects from start to finish?

Are you an experienced Project Manager or Engineer with a passion for construction and industrial investment projects? At Cyclops, you'll take the lead in delivering challenging projects for leading companies across industries such as Food, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, FMCG and Metallurgy.

As a Construction Project Manager you'll oversee the construction phase of industrial investment projects, ensuring everything is delivered safely, on time, within budget and according to the highest quality standards. You'll be the trusted partner of our clients, coordinating stakeholders and driving projects from concept to completion.

What will you do?

• Lead construction-focused industrial investment projects from concept to completion;
• Translate client requirements into practical, feasible and successful project solutions;
• Take ownership of project planning, budget, scope, risks and overall execution;
• Act as the Owner's Representative for our clients or collaborate within a larger multidisciplinary project team;
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, engineering partners and internal stakeholders throughout the construction process;
• Monitor project progress, anticipate risks and resolve challenges before they impact the project;
• Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering successful projects and acting as their trusted partner.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You hold a master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering;
• You bring at least 3 years of experience managing or coordinating industrial or construction projects;
• You combine strong leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• You're proactive, hands-on and known for your "make it happen" mentality;
• You stay organized, work accurately and remain calm in a dynamic project environment;
• You're flexible to work on-site at clients within a reasonable travel distance;
• You're fluent in Polish and English. Additional languages are considered an asset.
