Job summary

Cyclops Poland is seeking a Project Engineer to drive industrial investment projects from concept to completion. You’ll work with experienced Project Managers, own dedicated work packages, and ensure safety, timeliness, budget and quality targets are met on-site with clients.

You’ll gain increasing responsibility and a clear growth path towards becoming a Project Manager, while collaborating with clients, contractors and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or technical Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
• First experience in project engineering is a plus; motivated graduates welcome.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a 'make it happen' attitude.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor planning, progress, budget and risks, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation, project reports and support project meetings.
• Contribute to solving technical and organizational challenges during project execution.
• Grow toward taking more responsibility and a path to a Project Manager role.

Do you have an engineering degree and are you eager to turn technical challenges into successful projects? As a Project Engineer at Cyclops, you'll play a key role in delivering industrial investment projects for leading companies in industries such as Food, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, FMCG and Metallurgy. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, taking ownership of dedicated work packages and gradually building the skills needed to manage complete projects yourself. Our ambition? To help you grow into a Project Manager role.

About The Role

As a Project Engineer, you'll play an active role in delivering industrial projects from concept to completion, working closely with experienced Project Managers to ensure successful execution. You'll make sure your work package is delivered safely, on time, within budget and according to the required quality standards.

Depending On The Project, You Will

• Coordinate project activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and according to the highest quality standards;
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Monitor project planning, progress, budget and risks, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement;
• Prepare technical documentation, project reports and support project meetings.
• Contribute to solving technical and organizational challenges during project execution;
• Gain increasing responsibility as you develop your project management skills, with a clear growth path towards becoming a Project Manager.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Preferably, you hold a master’s degree in engineering, or a technical bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience;
• A first experience in project engineering is a plus, but motivated graduates are welcome;
• You have a proactive, hands‑on mindset with a "make it happen" attitude;
• You’re comfortable being the one facing the client and contractors directly on‑site;
• You have the flexibility to work on‑site at clients within a reasonable travel distance;
• Fluent in Polish and English.
