Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on major Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Data Center construction projects. This is a client-facing role focused on delivery, with responsibility for leading business development activities and client relations.

You will manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets, coordinate contractors and vendors, track milestones, and ensure smooth handover with warranties. English and Polish required to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager in Industrial, Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing or Data Center.
• University degree in Civil/Building Construction, Construction Management, HVAC or Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities in the market.
• Lead on market facing activities facilitating growth.
• Knowledge of Structural, Civil and/or Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Low Voltage scopes.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost, schedule and budgets.
• Coordinate General Contractor and other vendors/consultants.
• Analyse and monitor milestones to avoid schedule slips.
• Lead client meetings and drive business development.
• Build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transfer to client including close-out documentation and warranties.
• Review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes.
